Refunds

If it doesn't work, we fix it or refund you. Every kit has the 14-day promise, Praetorian adds the build guarantee, and a Done for you pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund until it ships.

The 14-day promise

If a file won't print, or the software in your kit won't run on a supported Mac (Apple silicon), email us within 14 days of purchase. We help you fix it, and if we can't, we refund you in full. This covers every kit.

The Praetorian build guarantee

If you bought Praetorian and can't get the turret built and locking on a balloon within 60 days of purchase, email us. We help you finish it, and if it still won't work, we refund the kit price in full.

With Done for you, the 60 days count from the day the printed parts arrive.

The guarantee covers the kit price only. The parts you bought and the filament are yours to keep and are not covered.

The Done for you pre-order

You are charged in full when you pre-order. Cancel any time before it ships and we refund you in full. If the estimated ship date slips, we email you, and you can still cancel.

If printed parts arrive broken, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we reprint them.

Import duties and taxes in your country are yours to pay.

How to ask

Write to hello@utinvm.ai with your order number and what went wrong (a photo or a screenshot helps).

Because the kits are digital, refunds on them outside these promises are at our discretion.
